Prior Authorization

According to your TRICARE pharmacy benefit, your doctor needs to obtain a prior authorization before your medication can be dispensed. Once your provider submits your prior authorization, you will be able to check the status by accessing your Express Scripts account. AFTER you receive word from your provider of the approval of the medication, please contact the pharmacy so that we may resubmit your claim.
