Q-Anywhere

Mobile Prescription Activation Using Q-Anywhere

Now you can reduce your wait time at the pharmacy for new or renewal prescriptions. Kimbrough now offers remote pharmacy check-in using Q-Anywhere. With Remote Pharmacy Check-In, you can activate your prescription with a simple text message from your phone. Q-Anywhere at the Main Pharmacy is only for new or renewal prescriptions (no refill requests).

Prescriptions entered by a provider into the system within the last seven days from the date of request are eligible for mobile activation. Prescriptions older than seven days will need to be activated by calling 301-677-8800, option 4 or by texting which medication you would like filled.

How to use Mobile Prescription Activation with Q-Anywhere

  • Using your cell phone, text 'Get in line' to Kimbrough's Main Pharmacy at 833-224-5456. 
  • Enter your DOD ID# and follow all prompts to check in remotely and automatically activate all your new prescriptions (within the last seven days from the date of request).
  • If prescriptions are greater than seven days, please indicate what medication you are requesting when prompted within the text thread.
  • The pharmacy will process all your NEW/RENEWAL prescriptions (NO REFILLS), and will send you a text when they are ready for pickup at the Main Pharmacy.
  • If the system does not respond or you receive an "invalid response" message, our system might be down. Please try again later or call the pharmacy for assistance.
Take advantage of our ScriptCenter Kiosk at the Main Pharmacy entrance for extended hours to help speed up the pick up of non-refrigerated prescriptions.
