If you are more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled.
For
all appointments (initial evaluation, follow up, and treatment), please wear appropriate clothing such as a physical fitness uniform or civilian workout clothes. This helps your provider to assess and treat you more effectively.
For treatment appointments, it's not necessary to arrive early. However, if you're more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled.
Treatment appointment frequency will be determined by your physical therapist. All treatment appointments are scheduled on a weekly basis.
Children aren't allowed in the treatment area and must be accompanied by an adult in the waiting area. If this isn't possible the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
