Orthopedics

As a referral-based service, you're required to receive a referral from your primary care manager.  Please allow 48 hours following a new referral before contacting us for an appointment. An orthopedic hand specialist is available Thursdays. An orthopedic foot and ankle specialist is available Wednesdays. Both specialists are by appointment only. 

Generally, we see patients who are infants to 65 years of age. Hand consultations are for active duty only.

For general appointments, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing.  For all appointments, please arrive 15 minutes early. 

Please bring your ID card and 3rd Party Insurance Card.
