We're committed to provide each beneficiary with an outstanding patient experience through safe, quality and compassionate care. We offer consultations for upper and lower extremities, hands and elbows. As a referral-based service, you're required to receive a referral from your Primary Care Manager.  Please allow 48 hours following a new referral before contacting us for an appointment.

Generally, we see patients who are infants to 65 years of age. Hand consultations are for active duty only.

For general appointments, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing.  For all appointments, please arrive 15 minutes early. 

Please bring your ID card and 3rd Party Insurance Card.

Podiatry

We're committed to provide each beneficiary with an outstanding patient experience through safe, quality and compassionate care. We offer consultations to active-duty service members for the foot and ankle. we also provide plantar wart treatment. As a referral-based service, you're required to receive a referral from your Primary Care Manager.  Please allow 48 hours following a new referral before contacting us for an appointment.
