Our sick call services are available to active duty service members. Service members must check in between 5:30–6 a.m. to receive treatment during sick call hours. Service members who arrive after 6 a.m. are triaged and scheduled for a same-day appointment with a provider or provided with other care options. If we reach our patient capacity, we will provide you with other care options, as appropriate, such as:
- Calling the Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center at 855-227-6331
- Calling the MHS Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273
Concerns sick call can address

- Fever
- Congestion
- Abdominal pain
- New rash
Musculoskeletal injuries
As of April 14, 2026, sick call services for recent musculoskeletal injuries
will be limited to Defense Information School students only. Musculoskeletal issues include but are not limited to:
- Constant pain that does not improve with change of body position
- Pain in the legs with numbness and or tingling
- Locked knee

Long-term injuries
Patients with longstanding injuries should receive a full evaluation with their primary care manager instead of presenting to sick call. For chronic health issues, medication renewals or record updates (profile issues), please contact your provider.
