Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Travel Medicine

Services

Travel Medicine is for Active Duty on Official Travel Overseas. Send a message through MHS GENESIS to schedule an appointment for:

  • Pre/Post-Deployment health assessments
  • Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metric (ANAM) TBI testing
  • Travel medicine
Taking an ANAM assessment is a requirement for all service members within 12 months prior to deploying. Arrange an appointment with an NCR ANAM proctor for individual testing or the proctor can come to your location to test personnel for larger groups.
