Refill Pharmacy

Our pharmacy services are available to eligible TRICARE beneficiaries of all ages. All refill prescriptions are picked up at the Post Exchange Pharmacy.  Beneficiaries may also receive medications using TRICARE Home Delivery or a TRICARE Network Pharmacy.

Requesting Prescription Refills

We have two options to refill your prescriptions:

Option 1: Online

  • Log in to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal and select the Rx Refills tab.
  • Select the medication(s) you want to refill. (note- if the Rx is expired and has refills it is no longer valid, please call your provider for refills).
  • Follow the prompts to select where you want to pick it up.
  • You’ll be given a date and time when your refill(s) will be ready to pick up.
Note: If you’re not a registered user, you’ll need to sign up first.

Option 2: By Phone

  • Call our pharmacy refill line at (800) 377-1723. Then, follow the prompts to select where you want to pick up your refills.
  • If enrolled in text message alerts, you’ll get a text notification when your refills are ready to pick up.

Picking Up Your Prescriptions

You’ll need a valid DoD ID card to pick up a prescription. This includes children aged 10 and older. Prescriptions not picked up will be returned to stock after 10 business days. If you can’t pick up your prescription within this timeframe, please contact the pharmacy. If you’re picking up a prescription for another person, please bring that person’s valid DoD ID (or photocopy, digital picture). Please keep in mind:
  • Turnaround time for refill requests is three business days.
  • Walk-in, same-day refills will ONLY be filled in emergency situations and may take up to four hours to process.

ScriptCenter

Take advantage of the ScriptCenter Kiosk at the Post Exchange to plan for and reduce your prescription wait time. The ScriptCenter is located next to the PX Pharmacy and is available for extended hours for pick-up of NON-REFRIGERATED prescriptions. Certain items may not be available from the ScriptCenter, such as refrigerated medications, oversized items, and re-constituted medications. Please keep in mind: 
  • ScriptCenter kiosk at the PX is for refills only.
  • Enrollment is required prior to first pick up, which is done at the kiosk.
  • Any medications requested after 12 PM will be placed in the ScriptCenter machine the next business day.
Hours of operation are aligned with Post Exchange hours of operation.
