Services

Periodic Health Assessments
Virtual appointments only- Every 12 months, with a 3 month "grace period"

Step 1:

1) Complete questionnaire for PHA Part 1 by logging into https://my.navy.mil/quick-links.html from a CAC-enabled computer.

2) Go to “PHA” drop down and click “continue” then “CAC Login”.

3) Click on “start New Assessment."

Step 2:

When complete, call VIPRR Virtual Medical Center - 1-844-VMEDCEN (1-844-863-3236) to schedule your PHA Part 2 appointment.

Vision Readiness
Every 12 months. Walk-in Kimbrough Optometry for readiness vision screen

1) VISION SCREENINGS are in Optometry as a walk-in basis between 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you read 20/20 with or without glasses we will make you green on the spot.

2) If you need to order glasses, we can usually order for you over the phone.

3) If you have a medical issue with your eyes, or your vision has changed, call to schedule a full exam by calling 301-677-8813.
Hearing Readiness
Every 12 months - by appointment only.

1) Call 301-677-8800 (Central Appointments) to book your exam
2) MRRS updated within 72 hours of your exam
3) You will be notified at the time of the exam if you require a follow up

Note: Personnel with known hearing loss, hearing aids, and/or hearing profiles should contact the clinic directly at 301-677-8813 to be seen by an Audiologist.
Dental Readiness
Every 12 months- by appointment only.
Call 301-677-6078/6983 to schedule an appointment.

Permanent party Marines and Navy use DC#3 for dental readiness at 301-677-8955 / 8956.
Immunizations
Immunizations are available on a walk-in basis Monday through Thursday, 7:30 - 11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. Friday hours are 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m.8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Fridays are preferred.
