Periodic Health Assessments
Virtual appointments only- Every 12 months

1) Log into https://asimsimr.health.mil/imr/myIMR.aspx from a CAC-enabled computer

2) ALL ACTIVE FLYERS MUST CONTACT: Andrews Flight Medicine Clinic at 240-612-2700

3) Once you have completed the PHAQ, follow the directions listed in the MTF Instructions tab of MyIMR. Call to schedule MHA with BOMC at 855-227-6331, opt. 1

Separation History Physical Examination (SHPE)
1. Log into MyIMR,
2. Select the SHPE tab and follow the instructions.
** Please note that SHPE exams are handled through Andrews AFB.
Deployment-Related Health Assessment (DRHA)
If you are due for a DRHA please contact AF Medical Readiness to Schedule (301) 677-8686.

If you have an upcoming deployment and have not completed your DRHA or seen the Medical Readiness Clinic for Pre-Deployment Clearance contact your UDM.

Vision Readiness (DVA)
Every 12 months. Walk-in Kimbrough Optometry for readiness vision screen
If you are showing overdue on MyIMR under the action list. Please follow the instructions listed below:
1. VISION SCREENINGS are available at KACC Optometry as a walk-in basis Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1-4 p.m. if you read 20/20 WITH OR WITHOUT glasses we will make you GREEN on the spot!
2. If you have a medical issue with your eyes, or you know your vision has changed, you can schedule an EXAMINATION by calling 301-677-8813.
Hearing Readiness
Every 12 months - by appointment only.

1) Call 301-677-8800 (Central Appointments) to book your exam
2) MEDPROS updated within 72 hours of your exam
3) You will be notified at the time of the exam if you require a follow up

Note: Personnel with known hearing loss, hearing aids, and/or hearing profiles should contact the clinic directly at 301-677-8813 to be seen by an Audiologist.
Dental Readiness
Every 12 months- by appointment only.
Call 301-677-6078/6983 to schedule an appointment.
Immunizations
Immunizations are available on a walk-in basis Monday through Thursday, 7:30 - 11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m.; Friday 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. Fridays are preferred.
