Our Nutrition Clinic is staffed by a Registered Dietitian providing medical nutrition therapy, nutrition and wellness education for active duty, retirees and family members. No physician referral required for an appointment. Please contact the appointment line at 1-855-227-6331 to schedule. You may also book in person at Rader Clinic’s Primary Care Clinic Front Desk. Initial appointments take approximately 60 minutes; follow-up appointments approximately 30 minutes.

To prepare for your appointment
Bring at least 3 days of an intake record with you (Tip: keep it simple! Include time, item, and portion size consumed). If you are tracking your activity, weight/measurements, and/or blood glucose levels, you may want to bring these records with you as well.
